CATEGORY 3

CATEGORY 3: I currently have a university-owned phone that meets the policy criteria for continuation. Please note that unless your supervisor can show that the continuation of a university-owned phone meets the criteria outlined in the new policy, you will be expected to transition under Category 1 or Category 2.

In limited cases, certain existing phones will remain on a University service plan based upon the criteria outlined in the policy. In this case individuals shall complete the Wireless Device Form and send to procurement services at procure@wm.edu.
